Ingredients
- 1 head black garlic, cloves removed from peel
- 3 tablespoon sherry vinegar
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions
- Place ingredients for Black Garlic Vinaigrette in a blender and blend on medium speed until smooth. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine greens, mango, avocado, tomatoes, cilantro, and dressing. Toss until thoroughly coated.
- Divide between two salad bowls. Top with cotija cheese.
