Ingredients
- 1 cup cherries, stemmed and halved
- 2 peaches or nectarines, sliced into 1” pieces
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely diced
- ½ bunch basil, chiffonaded
- ½ bunch mint, chiffonaded
- ½ cup roasted peanuts, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Place stone fruit into a medium mixing bowl. Toss with lime juice, fresh herbs, and salt.
- Add peanuts, toss to coat.
- Allow to marinate for 1-2 hours before serving.
