Ingredients
- 4 cups Cappa cabbage, shredded
- 8 ounces corned beef, sliced into strips
- 4 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces thousand island dressing
- 3 tablespoons chives, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces sauerkraut
- 2 tablespoons caraway seeds
- 1 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoons black pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a medium mixing bowl.
- Thoroughly toss with thousand island dressing. Serve immediately.
