Ingredients
- 2 heads radicchio, trimmed and julienned
- 2 golden pears, thinly sliced
- 4 leaves Lacinato kale, de-ribbed and julienned
- ½ cup carrots, shredded
- ¼ cup walnuts, roasted
- ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette
- ¼ cup whole grain mustard
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Whisk together balsamic vinaigrette, mustard, and lemon juice. Set aside
- Toss radicchio, pear, and kale in dressing.
- Serve immediately, top with walnuts.
