Ingredients
- 2 bunches baby rainbow carrots, ends trimmed
- 6 springs thyme
- 16oz salted butter
- 16oz water
- 1 tsp fleur de sel
- 1oz microgreens or your favorite chopped fresh herb
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, bring water and butter to a rolling boil.
- Add baby rainbow carrots and thyme. Simmer for 5-7 minutes or until carrots are fork tender.
- Strain carrots and serve immediately, garnished with fleur de sel and microgreens.
