Ingredients
- 4 slices sourdough bread, toasted
- 10 tri-colored radishes, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Irish butter, softened
- 1 bunch chive, thinly sliced
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Evenly spread butter onto toasted sourdough.
- Place a single layer of radishes on top of butter. Season radishes with salt and cracked pepper.
- Top each toast with a sprinkle of chive.
