Pacific Coast Fruit acquires Portland-based King Harvest Hummus

Pacific Coast Fruit Co., a Portland-based independent produce wholesaler, has acquired local hummus maker King Harvest Hummus.
Pacific Coast Fruit, which is also based in Portland, said in a news release Thursday that the acquisition grew out of its distribution partnership with King Harvest Hummus.
The acquisition, which was finalized in April, will expand both Pacific Coast Fruit’s product line and King Harvest’s distribution, according to the release. Terms, including a sale price, were not disclosed.
